By accessing or using the Search Engine Comparison Tool (the "Service") that compares EXA AI-powered search against traditional Google search results, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. By clicking the "Save Comparison" button, you explicitly accept all terms and conditions outlined in this document.

2. Service Description

The Service allows users to:

  • Compare the effectiveness of EXA AI-powered search against traditional Google search results
  • View the first 10 search results from both search engines
  • Analyze the value of generative engine optimization through side-by-side comparisons
  • Save and view search analysis results

3. Cost of Service

The Service is currently provided free of charge. However, we reserve the right to implement fees or change our pricing structure in the future. Any changes to the pricing will be communicated to users in advance.

4. Data Collection and Usage

4.1 Search Logging

  • We log all searches conducted through our Service
  • All search queries, parameters, and comparison results are recorded
  • Search data is stored and used for statistical purposes
  • We maintain logs of all comparison analyses

4.2 Data Storage

  • All search comparisons and analyses are retained for statistical purposes
  • Usage patterns and comparison data are stored for service improvement
  • Storage duration complies with applicable laws and regulations

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1 Accuracy of Results

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of:
    • EXA AI-powered search results
    • Google search results
    • Comparison analyses
    • Search effectiveness measurements
  • Results may vary and should be independently verified
  • We are not responsible for any decisions made based on the comparison data

6. Restrictions on Use

Users are expressly prohibited from:

  • Sharing, distributing, or transferring search comparison results to third parties
  • Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any portion of the Service
  • Accessing the Service through automated means or bots
  • Using the comparison data for commercial purposes without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

  • All content, features, and functionality are owned by GEOISNEXT
  • Search comparisons and analyses are for personal use only
  • Users may not claim ownership of any Service-generated content

7.2 Limited License

  • Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service
  • This license is personal and non-transferable
  • The license may be revoked at any time for violations of these terms

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Any damages resulting from reliance on search comparisons
  • Technical issues or service interruptions
  • Accuracy of either EXA AI or Google search results

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Hungarian courts

9.2 Jurisdiction

  • Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hungarian courts
  • Any legal proceedings must be brought in Hungary

11. Termination
